Never-ending pursuit

Pursuing beauty is a battle.
Creation is a hardship.

Would that sound too exaggerating?
However, I am realizing every day that pursuing beauty is indeed something
you cannot do with a half-hearted attitude.

Because it is also a fight with yourself.

It is a strength to discipline ourselves and keep your dignity.
It is a courage to accept yourself and stick to your own way.

It is to constantly study your uniqueness and sophisticate your expression in order to show the materials which is you in the most attractive way as a woman.

It is to pursue beauty.
It is to never give up pursuing the best.

How to live every day will be reflected exactly the same way in the creations.

Beauty is not something that is on the outside.
It is the expression of your inner soul.

If there is no growth or progression in myself,
my art and my brand will not grow either.

“Know thyself.”

Is one of the major statements in the Modern Mystery School.
We cannot create beauty if we don’t know our own beauty.

Therefore, we need constant effort and battle with ourselves.

From feeling like “no one”, to feeling like “myself”.

I did not graduate from a fashion school, but I wanted to become a fashion designer. The reason why I started designing and making clothes is very simple- I did not feel like myself in ready-wear clothes that were not made for anyone specific.

It all started with a little customizing.

I changed the buttons of my cardigans with the buttons that I liked, I added lace or braids to my knit sweaters or skirts… By making a little change to my clothes like that, they gradually started to feel like myself and I felt better.

In time I was able to choose my own fabric and design my own clothes… , I was very happy that I could express myself more and my world was spreading more, and it made me want to express myself in other areas of my life as well, such as in eating food, environment, and in my way of living. It truly became my joy.

Beauty that we deserve as a God and Goddess

If we are always choosing things that are just good enough, our life will become something that is just good enough.

In choosing something in our life, such as how to dress, environment, and relationships, is what is available at hand or what is reachable everything? Is it where we can find what we deserve as a noble God and Goddess? Is there a reflection of your unique beauty?

The world is EIKO’s World is something that is in the opposite of “just good enough.” Even though it is just 1mm, if it doesn’t match the expression of the soul of the client, or the expression of the art piece, we will remake it or adjust it. There is no choice like “it is just good enough.”, or “it is approximately matching.”, in order to express the soul that is the only kind in the world.

The perfect beauty that emerges after pursuing the details.
That is what is appropriate for a God and Goddess.
I wouldn’t even care how much work it may take, if I can see the view of perfection.
